What We do?

Since its establishment in 2001, Legal Education Awareness Development Society (LEADS) has remained steadfast in its commitment to uplift the underprivileged segments of society, particularly focusing on Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Classes, and other marginalized populations within the state. Through a comprehensive range of initiatives, LEADS addresses the multifaceted challenges faced by these communities, aiming to improve their quality of life and empower them to build sustainable livelihoods.

Our efforts encompass various spheres of development, including but not limited to education, healthcare, shelter, access to clean water and sanitation, income generation, gender equity, and fostering self-reliance through community-driven initiatives. By advocating for legal education and awareness, LEADS strives to empower individuals with knowledge of their rights and legal mechanisms, enabling them to assert their entitlements and access justice.

Furthermore, LEADS is committed to promoting social inclusion and fostering a culture of compassion and solidarity within society. Through collaborative partnerships with Foreign Donor agencies, Governmental bodies, NGOs, corporate entities, and grassroots organizations, we leverage collective resources and expertise to maximize our impact and reach.

Driven by our ethos of compassion, equity, and justice, LEADS remains dedicated to being a catalyst for positive change, working tirelessly to create a more inclusive and equitable society where every individual has the opportunity to fulfill their potential and lead a dignified life.
