- Leather shoe making programme for the development of Teen-Age Boys” with the support of Stichting Castricum Muttathara, The Netherlands. The project is implemented in Upparapalli of Chennur Mandal of Kadapa district, A.P. India. 25 poor teen-age boys were benefited with this project.
- LEADS freely distributed clothes to 120 leprosy affected people in Dhone Leprosy colony and Bramhanapalli Leprosy colony.
- “Integrated Rural Women Development Programme” in 15 villages of Kadapa district with the grant of Manos Unidas, Spain. Under this programme200 families were benefited.
- Computer Training programme for poor educated youth, in Madhavaram village with the grant received from Stichting Castricum Muttathara, The Netherlands.
- LEADS implemented “Sheep Rearing Programme for the Sustainable Development of Poor Rural Women” with the grant received from Stichting Castricum Muttathara, The Netherlands. Under this programme 25 poor women are developed with the income earned from sheep fostering and selling programme.
- Pre-Primary Education Programme for Poor Dalit Children in 5 villages of Siddavatam Mandal of Kadapa district with the grant received from Stichting Castricum Muttathara, The Netherlands. Under this programme LEADS provided pre-primary level educational facilities to the 125 rural, poor and backward Dalith children.
- Distributed utensils, rice packets, milk, dhall, clothes, bed sheets and medicines to the Hudhud victims of Visakhapatnam with the grant received from Stichting Castricum Muttathara, The Netherlands.
- LEADS implemented “Dairy Programme for Poor Women” with the grant received from Stichting Castricum Muttathara, The Netherlands. Under this programme 30 poor women are developed with the income earned from the selling of milk and milk products.
- LEADS implemented “Carpentry Programme for the livelihood of Dalit people” with the grant received from Stichting Castricum Muttathara, The Netherlands. Under this programme 40 poor dalit people are developed with the income earned from the selling of milk and milk products.
- LEADS implemented “Cow Dairy Programme for Poor Women” with the grant received from Stichting Castricum Muttathara, The Netherlands. Under this programme 30 poor women are developed with the income earned from the selling of milk and milk products.
- LEADS implemented “Sustainable Development of Poor Rural Women through Sheep Fostering Programme” with the grant received from Conferenza Episcopale Italiana, Italy Under this programme 80 poor women are developed with the income earned from sheep fostering and selling programme.
- LEADS successfully ran 2 creche centers in 2 villages from 2006 to 2017 with the support of “Andhra Pradesh State Social Welfare Board, Hyderabad and Amaravathi for the benefit of 0-5 years children by providing Nutritious food, education and medical facilities etc.
- LEADS is implemented “Distribution of Personal Protective Equipments (PPEs) to Covid-19 Doctors and Frontline Health Workers” who are the most power to overcome this outbreak, with the grant received from Conferenza Episcopale Italiana, Italy. Under this programme we have distributed Personal protective equipments (gloves, surgical masks, hand sanitizers; Disposable Isolation Gown, N95 masks, sanitizers sodium hypochlorite solution, oxygen cylinders, oxygenotherapy equipments, Pulseoximete, Oxygen concentrator etc.,) to the Doctors and health workers of Government RIMS Hospital, Kadapa. This will make Doctors and frontline healthcare workers safer, stronger, and as a result, they can heal more patients and reduce the number of deaths.
- LEADS implemented Covid-19 Emergency Relief Programme with the grant of MH Missions, Canada. We have distributed essential commodities like rice, dhall, cooking oil, sugar, salt etc., for poor people who are affected with the Covid-19 crisis.
- We have distributed Masks and Sanitizers to Most Rt.Rev.Gali Bali,Apostolic Administrator, Bishop of Cuddapah Catholic Diocese and Most.Rt.Rev.MD Prakasam, Chairman, Telugu Catholic Bishop’s Counsel, Nellore & Bishop of Nellore Catholic Diocese.
